COURT OF APPEAL
The appellate court hears as a court of appellate instance appeals and appellate protests made from court acts on cases considered by the courts of First Instance assigned to its territorial jurisdiction. The court of Appeal consists of a civil collegium, an administrative-economic collegium, a criminal Collegium and a military collegium.
