The court on grave crimes hears criminal cases on the grave and especially grave crimes under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan within the framework of relevant territorial jurisdiction and also solves the issue of Extradition (Extradition) of persons who committed crimes in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
