A total of 513 Azerbaijani citizens together with their close family members, who are foreign citizens, have been evacuated to Azerbaijan from Turkiye’s quake-hit Gaziantep, Kahramanmaras, Adana, Hatay, Malatya, Adiyaman, Shanliurfa, Osmaniye, Kilis and Diyarbakir provinces, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs told AZERTAC.

“The evacuation process of Azerbaijani citizens is underway,” the Ministry added.

The death toll of the Azerbaijani citizens reached 6.
