General Soner Orucoglu has been appointed as Türkiye’s new military attaché to Azerbaijan.

According to the Turkish Embassy in Azerbaijan, Turkish Ambassador to the country Cahit Bagci has met with the new military attaché to discuss military and defense cooperation between the two countries.
