Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation (AGF) has been recognized as the best in the International Gymnastics Federation’s (FIG) rating list of the meritorious federations for the third time in a row.

By successfully organizing a number of sporting events, AGF has strengthened its position in the list. The federation hosted three types of gymnastics last year - the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships, FIG Academy's coaching courses in men's gymnastics, trampoline and aerobics, international competitions and other events, as well as disciplined registration in competitions in seven types of FIG gymnastic disciplines.

Due to its dynamic and professional activity, Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation placed itself among the 10 strongest federations in 2014, 2015 and 2016 and ranked 1st in 2017 and 2018.
