President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order approving the “State Program for the improvement of water supply, wastewater, and stormwater systems in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula for 2026–2035.”

According to the document, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication will monitor and evaluate the implementation of the measures envisaged in the State Program under the Cabinet of Ministers.

The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economy are tasked with taking appropriate measures to ensure financing through the annual state budget and state investment programs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as attracting funds from other sources, in accordance with the financing mechanisms envisaged in the State Program.
