A delegation from the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) visiting Nicosia to attend events marking the 52nd anniversary of the Cyprus Peace Operation met with Ziya Öztürkler, Speaker of the Assembly of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

The delegation of New Azerbaijan Party, led by Anar Mammadov, a member of Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis, was joined by Orhan Hasanoğlu, President of the Azerbaijan-Cyprus Friendship Society.

Earlier, a delegation of the Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan, led by Javanshir Feyziyev, Head of the Working Group on Azerbaijan–TRNC Inter-Parliamentary Relations, visited the TRNC parliament.
