German Foreign Office: Peace and stability in South Caucasus are in our common interest
The German Foreign Office shared a post regarding the first anniversary of the Peace Summit held in Washington on August 8 last year with the support of US President Donald Trump, which ensured the establishment of peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
"Today, we mark the anniversary of the summit between Armenia and Azerbaijan, hosted last year by the US in Washington. This milestone created historic momentum in the relations between the two countries. We encourage both sides to move forward on this path," the German Foreign Office said on X.
"Peace and stability in the South Caucasus are in our common interest. Together with our EU and US partners, Germany will continue to support this process along the way," it further added.
