“Yet another innocent victim of Armenia's terror. 16 years old young gentleman -Shahmali today was killed in Barda as a result of Armenia's targeted, deliberate attacks on Azerbaijani civilians. Barda is away from a combat zone. There was no military necessity,” Assistant to the Azerbaijani President, Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev made a post on his Twitter account.
