Following the President, Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev’s message of the glorious victory, thousands of Baku residents, guests of the city, people from the regions are fleeing to the Alley of Martyrs to pay tribute to the heroic sons of their Motherland who gave their lives in the battles for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, the liberation of our lands.

There are people of all ages among those who are visiting this sacred place.

The flags of Azerbaijan and Turkey are waved side by side. The people pay tribute to the immortal souls of the martyrs, honor their memory by laying red carnations on martyrs’ graves and chanting slogans in honor of the Victorious Commander-in-Chief and glorious Azerbaijani army.
