MILITARY COURT
The military court, within the framework of the relevant territorial jurisdiction, deals with crimes that do not pose a great public threat or are less serious against war and military service, as well as those that do not pose a great public threat and deals with cases of less serious crimes (if these crimes are committed in the presence of a person who is not a soldier, the case against him is also considered by a military court).
