ADMINISTRATIVE-ECONOMIC COURT
The Administrative-Economic Court considers cases of administrative disputes arising between legal entities, regardless of their economic and legal status, arising between individuals carrying out entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity and acquiring the status of an individual entrepreneur in the manner prescribed by law, regardless of management or other affiliation and subordination within the framework of the relevant territorial jurisdiction.
